Telephone support is provided for clients with Dedicated Servers, Fibre Internet Access, Virtual Servers and Business Hosting accounts.
Accounts which do not include telephone support include Domain name registrations, Web and email forwarding and Lite Hosting Accounts.
Where calls are lodged for Domain, Email or Lite Hosting accounts we will charge clients our rates for technical support.
Prices for add on technical support is as follows.
Domain administration £5 for up to 10 minutes administrative time.
Hosting and server administration £10 for up to 15 minutes administrative time.
