From 1st February 2018, all of the domains we manage with Total Web Solutions Ltd, Trading as Totalregistrations will be migrated to our alternative wholesale providers.
As each domain is renewed by customers the migration will take place.
We urge customers to order their renewals at least 7 days prior to expiry, preferably 14 days or more.
Totalregistrations have imposed an 8 day grace period on domains, down from over 25 days and there will now be a charge of £100 to recover any domain from suspension after the 8 days grace.
After 15 years of doing business with Totalregistrations and spending well in excess of £300,000 with them it is with great sadness than have made the decision to leave.
Their recent change in terms of business, doubling of wholesale prices. as well their reluctance to address issues with their API have left us with no option but to cease using them.
