Official Complaints Procedure
If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, and you have not been able to reach a resolution via our online ticketing system, you can make a formal complaint by writing to the relevant department at the following address, including your account information, and detailing the outstanding complaint.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days, an investigation will be carried out into the issues raised and a full response will be provided within five working days. Where the issue is particularly complex it may take longer to respond. If this is likely, we will provide information on the action which will be taken and advise when you can expect a full response.
Where you are dissatisfied with the response to our complaint you may ask for the issue to be raised with a company director. You can do this by responding to the complaint within 10 working days of our response to you.
