To transfer a com net org biz or info domain to another domain registrar.
1) Log into the support site.
2) Select My Domains
3) Click the spanner icon, or status icon next to your domain
4) Ensure that you remove all references to our contact details from your domain name via the Contact Details link
5) Obtain the EPP code via the link on the left hand menu.
6) Select Registrar Lock on the left menu and ensure the domain shows unlocked
7) Contact you new registrar to start the transfer process.
8) Respond to the emails that your new registrar should send you.
Note, please ensure that you remove all of our contact details from the domain name prior to transfer.
We cannot accept transfer requests on your behalf or forward on transfer requests if the contact details are incorrect.
Where any element of our contact details remain on a domain name, for example, name, address, telephone numbers or email address we charge £20 per year, or part thereof.
This charge covers our costs in dealing with letters, emails (Including spam and renewal reminders) and phone calls which come as a result of being listed fully or partly as a contact for your domain name.
For administration time in dealing with locking/unlocking and EPP codes for domains that are being transferred away there is a minimum charge of £20.
