Com Net Org Biz and Info Expiry

Under the new ICANN expiry process, all domains now have a 8 day grace period after their expiry date.

Durring the grace period they can be renewed via the support site via the normal method and at the normal rates.

Once the grace period is over, the domains enter into a suspended state.
Recovery from suspension costs £120  and includes a 1 year renewal.
Recovery should be ordered via the support site by raising a support ticket.

Once the domains leave the suspended state, they go into redemption.
Redemption recoveries are via a support ticket and cost £125  which includes  a 1 year renewal.

In some cases redemption recoveries may cost up to £250, please contact us if you are unsure.

Due to the increasing costs imposed by registries to recover domain names, it is vitally important that customers ensure that they have the correct contact details associated with their accounts and domains so that reminders can be received.

It is also important to take advantage of the opportunity to renew domains at any time during their lifetime in advance of the expiry date to avoid issues post expiry.

Once domains have expired, we can not guarantee their availability for you to re register.  Domains may be transferred/deleted/sold by ourselves or sponsoring registrars without further recourse to you.
