Once you've purchased your hosting package you need to transfer files to our servers.
The My Services > Hosting Accounts menu of the support site has a link to your FTP details.
You should enter the relevant details into your FTP or web development software.
You should ensure that you upload your web site to a folder named www for it to be visible on the web.
The first index page of your web site should be called, index,html index.htm or index.php
