Reported this morning, We are experiencing issues with our relay mail cluster we hope to have this restored shortly.

At 22:00 GMT on the 4/09/2014 was a power cut this unfortuately damaged one of our core UPS's which had be taken out for Maintaince. Due to the UPS failure it had a knock on effect but all systems should be restored if you are having issues with mail this should be fixed but running slower than normal but will be back to full function in the next few hours.

As of 15:15 today we have a a number of reports of issues connecting to IMAP mail boxes we are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Due to a disk failure over the weekend we are having issues with delivering mail to customers.
This will hopefully be resolved by 14:30 We are working as fast possible to fix this issue.
Apologies to all our customers for the inconvenience this may cause.

EDITED: 14:31 email services should be running but we expect slow mail services for the next 12 hours.
